Mr Cosmo Moyo

Managing Director

A trained locomotive engineer, Cosmo is the director of Microgrid Africa (Pty) Ltd, Microgrid Mozambique Ltd, Dynamic Security Technologies Ltd (Tanzania), DST Security (SA) and West Hydrogen Pty Ltd.
An African markets focused entrepreneur Cosmo is the founder and President of Pan African Projects Development Forum a network organization of African business people that aims to promote and share business information, collaborate on projects and influence governments on decisions that affect African business.

Mr Philip Bailey-

[Pr Tech Eng] Projects Director

Philip is an established Electrical Engineering and Management professional with experience in the electrical transmission and distribution networks, fire, security, industrial automation, IT and telecommunications industries with over 40 years of involvement for several companies in many countries including the UAE and Asia. He worked at Eskom in the Group Capital division in the development of electrical transmission and distribution projects, including solar IPP projects. He has also had formal training in renewable energy project systems and development at the SAIEE.

Mr David Bulegi

Registered with the Engineers Registration Board of Tanzania, a member of the Institution of Engineers of Tanzania and Project Management Institute of USA, David has over 15 years of experience in renewable energy projects. He has worked in different roles for different entities in East Africa for turnkey projects.

Mr Morgan Havire

[BSc of Tech, Electrical Eng] Design Engineer

With over 28 years of experience in the electrical engineering field, Morgan is an accomplished design engineer with strong focus in renewable power generation projects. Morgan has consulted on mega projects in Zimbabwe, South Africa, Angola and other African states. Morgan is a member of the Engineering Council of South Africa, Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers amongst other memberships.

Dr Patrick Sithole

A registered natural scientific professional (environmental and chemical
scientist), social and sustainability expert with 21 years of experience,
Patrick Sithole specializes in Strategic Environmental, Social and
Sustainable Development projects, Climate Change and Health,
Environmental Management issues and Construction Supervision of all
infrastructural projects. Patrick is a registered Environmental Assessment
Practitioner (EAPASA) and amongst other several professional bodies.
